Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply to purchases and bookings made with Fluuido Laboratory, both in person and through our website.
By purchasing a product or booking a service, you agree to the terms described below.
Physical Products Purchased in the Shop
All products purchased in our physical store are considered final sale.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased in store. However, if a product is found to be damaged or defective at the time of purchase, we may offer an exchange for the same item or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability.
Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect items at the time of purchase. Due to the handmade nature of ceramic pieces, slight variations in shape, color, or texture are considered part of the object and not defects.
Online Purchases
For products purchased through our website, applicable consumer protection laws may grant the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
If you wish to exercise this right, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Pottery Lessons, Workshops, and Events
Bookings for pottery lessons, workshops, and events require full payment at the time of reservation.
Standard cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future booking.
Member cancellation policy
Participants with an active Fluuido membership may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the scheduled activity.
Cancellations made after these deadlines, or failure to attend the activity, will result in the full booking amount being charged and no refund or rescheduling being offered.
Private Events and Group Bookings
For private events or group bookings reserved through the website, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
The same cancellation conditions apply as for standard workshops and lessons:
• 48 hours cancellation for non members
• 12 hours cancellation for active members
Cancellations made after the applicable deadline are non refundable.
Retreats and Special Programs
For retreats or multi day special programs organized by Fluuido Laboratory, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
Cancellations made after this deadline are non refundable, regardless of membership status.
Changes or Cancellations by Fluuido Laboratory
In rare circumstances, Fluuido Laboratory may need to cancel or reschedule a class, workshop, or event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participation.
If this occurs, participants will be offered either:
• a rescheduled date
• credit toward a future activity
• or a full refund
